I shifted my career from designing products for specific consumers to designing systems that create better outcomes for people. I've led enterprise-scale inclusion work and developed learning pathways, acumen programs, and tools that translate research into behavioral change across the business. I use research to surface what's being missed, frameworks to make it actionable, and learning systems to make it stick.
