Project Description
As part of the coursework for Systems Thinking, I conducted a lifecycle analysis on a garment I designed while at Kohl's. While entering the components into Sustainable Minds software, I realized that it was impossible to conduct an accurate lifecycle analysis without a completely transparent supply chain. It was also eye-opening to understand that because each component was most likely sourced from a different country, the overall carbon impact for the garment was likely higher than my LCA results.
